App vs. Browser: What's the Difference
Our Android app and browser access offer the same games and payment options. The app provides faster loading, offline access to your account history, and push notifications for promotions and withdrawal confirmations. Browser access works on any device without installation and updates automatically. Both paths use the same encryption and security standards. Choose the app if you want speed and notifications; choose the browser if you prefer not to install software.
Device Compatibility

Common Installation Issues
Android users may see a warning about "Unknown sources" when installing the APK. This is normal — Android requires permission to install apps from outside the Play Store. To proceed, go to Settings, find Security or Apps, and enable "Unknown sources" or "Install from unknown sources." After installation, you can disable this setting again. If you see a certificate warning, this is also normal for direct APK installation. Tap "Install anyway" to continue. If installation fails, check that you have at least 50 MB of free storage space and that your internet connection is stable. iOS and web users do not need to adjust any settings.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
We at hometogel encrypt all data between your device and our servers using industry-standard SSL. The app requests permission to access your device's storage for account history and notifications. We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files. Your password is never stored on your device — you enter it each time you log in, or use the "Remember me" option for convenience. Before your first withdrawal, we verify your identity using your email and mobile number. You can change your password anytime in account settings. If you lose access to your account, contact our support team with your email and mobile number for recovery assistance.
